Exercise options for those dealing with chronic pain, there are options for most everyone…

Across the world, 1.5 billion people suffer from acute or chronic pain on a daily basis. There are many different types of low-impact and light aerobic exercises that help mange chronic pain and improve quality of life for choric pain sufferers.

Below, we’ve listed some exercises as well as a few simple tips to get you started. It’s very important to exercise within your personal comfortable range of motion to avoid injury. You should start slow and increase time and weight gradually.

Walking
Benefits:
brings oxygen and nutrients to your muscles, builds stamina, boosts energy, reduces stiffness and pain

Benefits:
warm water relaxes muscles, buoyancy of the water helps with movement
